You need to make it so that the player can't leave the screen. I got the rank of demi-god, and most of my time playing was spent typing up this review. I'm going again to see if I can get God.

Do you know what the main problem with this game is? Nothing to do with the game... more to do with the layout of the keyboard. the arrow keys are just too tight to pull off as many quick changes as there are in this song (at least with my keyboard).
Really? I was doing just fine. Do you use both hands? Oh, if you don't like the lag, you can download the desktop exe.
Been here, done this
It has that familar gameplay that seemingly every rhythm game takes. While the graphics and that were nice, it wouldve been better if it didnt feel like every other game that has been submitted for the Rock Out contest.

Speed it up... make the arrow combinations more difficult... do something because as it is right now, it is downright boring to play.
Not only that, but when I reached the end of the song... it just kinda kept on going and I couldn't hit anything.

There are ones that appear at the bottom of the screen that are impossible to get.
And, to me, this seems to be a saturated idea in the Rock Out contest... the "Things are flying at you, dodge/hit them".

If you are going to mimic something, you need to at least come close to its quality. In mimicing Guitar Hero, you have not done so.
The graphics were static.
The notes were bland and the setup could've been done better.

The controls were a bit clunky... but other than that, I liked it. Nice assortment of power-ups.
I really don't know how I could have made better control. But I'm glad you liked my game and thanks for the review!
A game for perfectionists
There is no leeway with this game. Its either you complete it, or you don't. That wouldn't be so bad... but layer on the fact that these games are ridiculous in difficulty and you have a game that only people with a lot of devotion and skill will be able to get through in a reasonable amount of time.
You either need to tone down the difficulty or give us some room for error.
Reading about how hard everyone thinks the game is, we made stages 4 and 5 easier and last night made stages two and three easier. Try again and you may get it!

No matter how I looked at it, it was just dragging a ball around. Mind you, it had a lot of flare to it.. but the gameplay was still too rudimentary for me.
Gave up after beating easy
It took me a dozen tries to beat Easy and than I gave up after one attempt of Medium. This game was more about learning the patterns than having any sort of skill; which is sad because it's a well-designed game.
I think this game would be better if it wasn't so much trial and error.
